I don’t DEtox ’cause I don’t INtox

There are two kinds of people. The one that does and then regrets, and the one that does and assumes the consequences. Which kind of person are you?
If you have the feeling you need to do a detox plan, maybe you should stop and think about why you are intoxicating in the first place. Is it food, drugs, alcohol, sex?Maybe more than detoxing your body you are detoxing your mind from the guilty feeling? When I have something that I know will intoxicate my body, I do it as conscious as I can, this way I’m taking all the responsibility from the outcome.
If I’m going to feel guilty: it’s a bad choice. It’s as simple as that.
So don’t react after, think about it before. That’s what I call responsibility to your own actions. Don’t over think, just make a decision and stick with it, don’t cry the next day and ask google to help you find a detox diet.
And one last tip. If you are going to do it, don’t overload your body with juices thinking the more the faster or the greener the better.
